North England Lake District

I am off to the Lake District next Wednesday for 4/5 days staying in Ambleside.I have earmarked a few walks :

Ambleside,Loughrigg fell,tarn & skelworth bridge

Elterwater,Skelwith force,Colwith force.

Loughrigg Fell and Rydal water.

If time and weather permitting I would like to go to Ullswater and try and replicate what Guy Richardson did in the cd which came with Practical Photography.He climbed and took Landscape pictures looking towards Hellvelyn.

Silver Howe? Good long view to the Langdale Pikes, and nice (very) small tarns. .

Can you be more specific about where he climbed. My favourite is on the walk to Arthurs Pike but could be a lot of other places.

) they were approximately hereish 54.579947, -2.919055 IMHO

They for certain park in the Aira Force car park. My guess for the camp site is Green Hill. You can see Aira point below and in the Hellvelyn
direction.
