It is hown too small. It is very flat and lacking whites. It needs much more contrast.
Was this shot in camera as B&W?
Did you use an ND grad filter?
BTW I managed to download the full size version of this straight into photshop You should load smaller versions of photos and prevent images from being downlaoded.
