Lavender Bokeh

After visiting the lavender fields at hitchin managed to capture some shots with the underrated Nikon 35 1.8 lens. Not exactly landscape but you can't beat a bit of Bokeh.

The first works for me because of the colour difference between the fore and back grounds.

The second....not so much.

Still waiting for the "show" at the farm in Shoreham here.

I got a bit excited there until I realised your Shoreham was in Kent, not Sussex. Oops!

Bokeh in general is one thing, whether desirable or not, and the quality of bokeh from a particular lens is another thing.
