Not had much joy with sunsets or sunrises for a good while, barring a good morning at Rattray Head last week, so concentrating on learning a new skill. astro landscape photography suits me, it's geeky and requires lots of pre-work on locations and positions of stars. The big bonus is that clear nights are slightly more predictable and reliable than sunrises and sunsets.
A wee bit mist added to the mood of these and it was so cold the camera lens hit dew point typically right in the middle of a 5 minute exposure.

#1 is most pleasing visually… the viaduct does it all! (y)(y)(y)

They are both very good indeed, but the first steals the show (y)

I like them both, nice interesting shots. The viaduct looks a good location, the slight amount of mist breaks up the light pollution nicely.

brilliant shots
how do you stop the lens from misting up during long exposures ?

No1 is a cracking shot.

The first is a bit, OMG!
Blinding....love it.
