Leaf miners

Has anyone ever tried to take photos of leaf miners in the leaf? Is so what do you do and did it work? I guess you need a strong back light.

I guess you need a strong back light.

In decent daylight but not in direct sunlight,
an OCF set on TTL should backlight your
scene properly. The flash may be EV'ed btw.
