lots of distractions here...only from the people
signs, street furniture, and cars..in general take interest from any people...who are the focus imho the street aspect
black to white seems to be the most graphic format...and sharp!!

A suggestion in this case would be get much closer to the subject. Subtract the above distractions, and another suggstion: capture a moment rather than just people walking past or sitting down, as the Internet is full of these (9 times out of 10 they are uninteresting).
