Looks like a load of jambles to me.
 
There was an OpenReach van in front of me as I was driving so couldn't take a pic, maybe someone else will get a chance?
They advertise Superfast broadband and directly underneath there is a sign saying 'Limited to 60mph'
 
If they were politicians you could have made a mint selling that to the Daily Fail :)

As a kid I saw a tattered sign "PUBLIC FOOLPATH" which has stuck in my brain all that time.

And at school I sat at a wooden desk where some bad lad, years before, had attempted to scratch a message. But clearly had difficulties with the wood grain. It read "Marcus is a twil ". After that everyone in the class used "twil" as an insult.

I promise not to post any more lol, this is kind of what I do, I am forever looking for quirky signs etc, hope they are fitting for the group page :)
