I remember being astonished by the trees, and this is maybe 18 years ago.
Never seen trees so.... upright!

You're welcome. We have so much wilderness in the province that sometimes we forget about when we're in our houses in the cities. There was a news report about a cougar taking a pregnant goat from someone's property around Whonnock, BC. People seemed to astonished that such a thing could occur but if you Google Map the area it's literally right on the edge of wilderness. Our daughter and her family live on some acreage in that area and they regularly see bears and coyotes. We have become too insulated to what/how/where we live in relation to nature.
