A pre wedding portrait practice with a friend of mine. Taken at Audley End house. The weather ws horrible, loads of rain and grey. Found a spot in the gardens which was dry, and managed to make a few decent images there

Sadly that looks slightly soft( look at her hair and eyes) and under exposed- perhaps the use of a fil flash, preferably off camera would have helped

Thanks Lez. Now you say it, I see it. I used a new preset that I’ve been playing around with and I agree it is under exposed. Flash is something I need to use more of since I moved to Sony. I’ve not found a good speed light yet though

I use a Nissin or 2 when shooting people on my Sony a7Rii, They work very well and can be bought with a dedicated trigger
