Live Music - GT Live Mic Sessions

Since shooting the sound check at the Yvonne Arnaud theatre, the organiser asked me along to a live mic session last night.

The lighting was, err atmospheric... towards the end of the night there was a distinct fight of yellow and blue..

I'm in Austria, skiing. apres is the booze up at the end of the day, normally with a live band and some energetic dancing

I mostly used 50mm 1.4 + the 90-280, 35mm I'd be in people's way or too far from the action. I used 28mm here and there, but not as much.

Those gigs at small venues and bars ar always dificult with often bad static light and no real stage what makes it hard to get great shots. You did a great job working around those issues.
