I was going through some shots taken mid August and I had a go at processing this one. I can recall waiting for the sunlight to brighten up the area in front of the church otherwise it would have been lost in the field.

Is there too much heather in the shot?

I was aware of that when I was taking it.It could have been a very cluttered image with no focal point. That is why iI waited for the light to make the church stand out and get it on the third top right.

It's a stunning image...I really do like the light on the church and for me the heather isn't too much at all..
