Local kingfisher

I have seen the local kingfisher up and down on 3 small lakes that are close together, so I just picked one and sat in wait, 5 hours plus later and eventually got one image

But one better than none at all.

Cheers. Very possibly one of this years young as there a couple flying up and down, and saw one chasing another so no doubt territory wars going on at moment
