Like the bus pan shot, well executed, was it hand held or on a tripod? Also think the shot of the houses of parliament is worthy. The composition with the festival hall, London eye & big Ben is interesting but just doesn't work for me, I think there's too many 'icons' competing to work effectively?
London is a great place for night shots, I've taken plenty myself and when you get one that sings there's few locations more satisfying!
