Looking up in Manchester

I tried taking photos looking up at tall buildings, hard for me to do. My feet went funny, and I nearly lost my balance. :eek:

Its called BPPV (Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) or Top Shelf Vertigo. It usually affects one ear only and makes you feel as if you are turning around when stood still.
It can be treated, unlike WPP (weird photography positions) :D

I've got that, wasn't offered any treatment though

Treatment for vertigo


Most cases of vertigo get better without treatment.


Treatment will depend on the cause. Your GP might prescribe antibiotics if it's caused by an infection.


You could also be given special exercises to do to try and correct your balance.


Antihistamines can sometimes help with vertigo symptoms.
