I'm liking the format of 2, with the receding lines top and bottom. No3 shows the sheer numbers involved, Crikey!

Thanks, they were on both sides of the bridge,the annoying bit is £x pounds worth of camera gear and you can do that with a £200 phone,its not even an Iphone!

Can you imagine a Monday morning conversation at the local council depot: "Hey, Alf, apparently someone's phoned in and complained about some padlocks dangling off Bakewell Bridge or something, here's a junior hacksaw, can you go and shift 'em please?".
