Low key

Nice set, does the subject have variation in shin tones? They're crisp enough around the stand out features, I prefer the two where the subject's eyes are engaged with the camera as when using a dark/plain backdrop and nothing else in shot a gaze can seem slightly aimless.
 
I like em, especially no 1.

But I have to throw it out there...

They're not low key as per the simple definition.

Low key and high key are commonly misunderstood terms nowadays.
