Macro Addiction

Had another play with macro photography today. It's too addictive and I'm finding it very hard to keep myself from hunting the corners of the garden every time a have a moment and even when I'm supposed to be doing something else.

I have to say I'm finding it quite challenging and frustrating, especially after viewing many of the images posted here.

I'll persevere with it and hopefully get better at over time. Thanks for taking a look, these are some of what I got today.

#4 would, IMO, be your best take technically, Tim! (y)

Thanks Kodiak, much appreciated.

Are you using AF, because you're having much more success with focussing than myself. Either that, or you're throwing a lot away too.

I'm using AF unless it starts hunting, single point, I'm not shooting loads either. Just making sure I can see that the AF has hit the mark before firing, using the smallest aperture I can get away with and holding the camera still.

Many thanks

Tim
