Had most of Monday free but unfortunately the rain was on and off all day, so time was limited in the garden. I did however get a few shots of new species, some of which i have no idea what they are and some Bryn has identified for me!

1) Having a wash

3) Feeding time - I sprayed some of the leaves with sugar water to attract insects.

4) Jewelled Wasp (ID by Bryn) - this little fella was 3-4mm , it's times like these I wish I had an MPE!!!

7) Fatty (unidentified) - This guy was motoring round on leaves, it took quite a few shots before finally getting one in focus!

#1/8 clinch a great set for me.

Really wonderful macro work hope next monday is clear have a day free from all family :D

Nice set Neil. In terms of image quality - clarity, sharpness, composition etc - #1, #3, #5 and #8 (what an excellent image that is) work best for me. In terms of interest value, I think #2 easily wins for me. Strange, and fascinating.
Thanks Nick

Lovely series and a fascinating creature in #2 - whatever it turns out to be...
Paul.
