Male Tufted Duck

Nice shot.
One of my favourites to photograph, always a challenge to get the exposure right as to not blow out the whites and keep the detail in the blacks.
 
I have seen an increase in numbers too around Ham Wall- lovely shot Roger :)

Indeed, needs good light rather than the harsh sunlight/shadows we so ofte seem to get.

wonderful shot as always... I see you are using the 200-500 a lot now, what happened to the Sigma ? were you not happy with the results.

I am pondering over the 200-500 or 150-600 G2 which now gets rave reviews.

The Sigma just didn't cut it for me, the 200-500 just gives me better results on my D850 ... I see @Lez325 is getting good results from the Tamron G2.
