Its not doing it for me I do not like the flare and it is very noisy I also find the tones a bit odd

It has got a lot done to it and I don't think it works at all. Maybe post a less manipulated and brighter version?

I think it has a lot of impact and is very striking, but looks un-natural and has blown patches that distract a bit on the RHS. As suggested, perhaps worth a re-edit with a view to making the processing less obvious?

I don't mind this kind of style if the composition suits it but on this occasion, I don't think it works. Its quite a complex scene and unfortunately the dark processing makes it hard to view without a clear focal point and the eye hunts around and unfortunately settles on the brighter rocks as they are surrounded by darker tones.
