no offence intended pete.i know how difficult it is to pan for shots like this,and it certainly takes lots of practice to get right(and i'm still not there).keep perservering,and you'll make leaps i'm sure.

Not a bad shot Pete, is a little soft and over bright, but birds in flight are one of the hardest subjects to shoot with decent success rates, so keep going and you will get there

Exif shows a 20D with a 300mm mounted so not bad at all.
