So,,,,, I was bored and had a wander around my home city of Manchester on the fateful day of the bombing, made me very sad to think I was in the area only a few hours earlier and so in a sombre mood I been processing some of the images in mono to suit my mood at the time, trying for a little abstract kind of feel which is new to me.
I love my city.....

Lovely set of a lovely city (y)

Cool work Mark… tasteful renditions! (y)

I'd like to see some shots of stuff that's really Manchester rather than the lego buildings that could be anywhere. The shots are nice, really well done.

Did you pull your punch there, Darren?

Just for reference, I would commend these two disparate but mature practitioners of urban work that I admire ... the first is a London studio pro posting his personal work, and the second a mysterious Frenchman with a film Leica ...

I wasn't taking shots I thought you would like, I was taking shots I liked, I've loads of images of "Real Manchester" but this time I was looking for a different perspective.

Nice work, I particularly like the 2nd.
