Hi all,
Heres my image of the day, A nice Meadow brown, I have just started seeing these although it looks like this one has been around a while but maybe its been attacked at some point.
So far for 2016 I have clocked up 29 butterflies of different types, these can be seen in my Butterfly 2016 album on my flickr.
Todays weather was better, 17-18 degs very high thin cloud dispersing to full sun (South of France)

Thanks for stopping by and don`t forget to have a look on my flickr

29 already! :punch:
Lol yes Chris but look where I am and we do have many many more different butterflys than the uk.
I'm looking forward to going up a 1000+ metres in the lower mountains to grab others varieties than we have here on the lowland [emoji87] [emoji12]

I know you are in France - I still have to get one! Nice shot and I am still jealous :D

Good luck in the mountain hunt.
You will Chris and it won't be long to wait.
Edit, if I'm right you are down south far enough to find plenty of butterflies, you just have to find some woods or a meadow and voila.
Orange tips, green hairstreaks and a few others are about now. Maybe Google to find hotspots.
