I'm afraid I'm finding the foliage, with its rather busy bokeh, a bit distracting.

Perhaps a little "pruning" in photoshop might work . . . I thing the churchwardens might object if I got violent in the churchyard!

I think the idea of the foliage providing a partial frame is sound. It would be a blander composition without it.

It needs just a little more breathing room round the main subject, and there is something slightly odd going on with it at its edges.

I had a look back at the full size in Lightroom and I think it is the "sharpening for web" action on the small .jpeg for uploading to Photobucket . . . I don't fancy sending up a 50meg+ image!
