Blimey; I went through there once, on a bike ride along the south coast path. Must have been about 1998, maybe. A stupid woman stepped out on me as I was going pretty fast down the hill into the village. Would have killed her(and possibly myself too), had I not had such good brakes. She then had the temerity to shout at ME, like I was the one in the wrong!

I wish I could remember Mevagissy for anything else. I think I do have a B+W pic of the harbour, somewhere.

One of my favourite Cornish harbour towns ... a couple of years ago we rented a cottage with private car space just off the harbour and I took advantage of the view with my 14-24mm
