Moon tonight

Cool shot.
Noticed this was at 500mm rather than 600mm. Any reason for that?
Hmm, no particular reason, lens creep or may be I moved the zoom whilst focusing I guess or something lost in translation between a Tamron/Canon fit lens on a Sony body
 
I just took a near identical shot about 30 minutes ago but not downloaded it yet, will compare in a few minutes.

Given that the A7iii has two base ISO points, 100 and 640, I decided to shoot at 100 iso, 1/400 sec to reduce the effects of camera shake and brighten in post

Mars is not bad with no specialist kit.
