My most viewed photo on Flickr yesterday......... Part 2

Just a simple Snapograph taken at Dungeness Kent UK of what looks like part of an old winching system beside some of the old railway lines used for hauling the boats or catch up the beach. These are just some of the many things scattered about the beach that have just been left behind. I've deliberately gone for a higher contrast gritty presentation for this snap to bring out some of the textures.
I'm also working on a personal project called Things Left Behind and this will be one of the shots included.

X-H1, 60mm F2.4 Lens, 1/480th @ F8, ISO-200 Handheld.

George.

What an image above Garry!
great juxtaposition between affluence and having very little.
Love the Westminster decadence opposing the homeless, separated by the physical barrier of a wall between.
A real, true-to-life story here for me.
Well seen and brilliantly executed.

I'm REALLY not a fan of pet pics, but that's a good shot Andrea, and I can see why it would be popular.

Thanks, Toni, she's an irresistible little thing - and she knows it. I can see her being photographed quite often :D

I think this is a truly amazing idea with a fab result Andrea. (y)

I really do love it, my kind of thing ...

and that's not just because I like this music vid.

I wanted to try that but they wouldn't let me in the trolley!

Joking! I haven't seen that video before but I can see why you were reminded of it.

Thanks very much for your feedback, I can't believe the reaction to this one :woot:
