So I took delivery of a ND1000 this week and just had to try it, only had time to shoot to Salford Quays so thought extra long night time exposure.

Shot on the Fuji XT-10, Samyang 12mm @ f:8. Exposure was 9 minutes. I have to say I'm not seeing much of a colour cast from the Zomei 10 stopper just a little. Just love how silky smooth the water is.

That IS a darn cool take Mark!
Great light ratios and DoF.

The final touches could be keystoning
and straightening.

The QC edit has resolved the converging verticals. It is easy enough to do in camera. If you keep it level on the horizontal and vertical planes you shouldn't need to correct the keystone (or removing the converging lines).

My downer is the reflection isn't properly formed and in a place like this a 50:50 reflection a) is the most appealing composition b) allows you to keep the camera level on all the planes meaning you don't have to worry about the converging verticals you get when you angle the camera upwards.

I will add, the images are pretty noises, maybe I should have turned on Long exposure noise reduction?
