Night lights (long exposure)

I like it. I actually often shoot pics sort of similar-ish at weddings. Yes seriously. At the evening disco I take a few shots with movement and zooming/turning whatever takes my fancy. Ok they don't make the album but I like them.

It was impossible to achive good quality with phone at the night street. So I decided to find some beauty in motion blur.
 
I'm afraid I don't think it has worked. I get the idea and I applaud it. But I think the irregularity of the light trails makes it look like it's a failed attempt to hand hold a long exposure.
