So there's at least one of these still alive! I thought they'd all been scrapped after cancellation in 2010. We seem still to be without a replacement maritime patrol etc. aircraft, although it's rumoured we might get our first P-8A Poseidon in a year or so.

XV226 did indeed finalise her days from 2010 at Bruntingthorpe
Yes, Bruntingthorpe Leicester, I took it at the Cold Wars Jets day where they run this the VC10, Victor, Buccs, Hunters, JP's, Lightnings up the runways twice a year, good day out and even the rain didn't dampen my spirits, dampened everything else mind you
