I was sent by a member of Pentax User Forum a 36Exp Cassette of October 1952 Dated Ilford FP3 ! He challenged me to get something out of it ----

so I loaded my Classic Asahi Pentax Spotmatic and did a first Test -- starting at 100ASA and Weston Master V reading of 12 giving 1/60th @ f16 I stayed with 1/60 and took shots all the way to f1.4 -- Processed in FX-4 Formula 1+1 for a 'Guessed' 9 mins -- results - dense and contrasty at f1.4 until f4 so on next reload of the cut film used 10 ASA and 7 mins.
