One from the street

as there's no real connection between the poster girls and the musician sadly.

…and this is what makes it a brilliant take!

How can anyone be stupid (or greedy) enough to let that
screen be used as BG to a cultural event?

It is just as out of place as selling some type of dirty magazines
at the church's door after the office. Not that have any thing for
religion but I do when it comes to common sense respect.

…a brilliant
denunciation.

ADDENDUM
The poster is just fine, like pepper, chives or mustard can be but
not in or on a dessert (in my cook book anyway!).

Thanks all :)

Bit of a juxtaposition eh ;)

To my eyes, it would have been more of a juxtaposition of it were a really frumpy old granny. Or an old guy ogling the girls on the poster. Having said that though, my eye works differently to that of most, as we can see from the guys above who can see what they see in the connection they've made. Me? I'd prefer a stronger and more visceral or immediate connect or disparity. I've got loads of juxtaposition stuff somewhere in my Flickr but found there was so much of it out there on the net that I drifted from it. If it's what your like to rockier, check out Matt Stuarts stuff.

Well they say sex sells, perhaps that was the musicians intention??? That said I also like the fact she is seemingly innocent, whilst those behind her are (potentially) not. It works for me.
