It looks good to me. There is interest value in what is going on, and a good angle on it, the pair of them are set off nicely against the light background, and the DoF covers enough (and the rights bits of) both the spider and the fly to make it convincing for me.

I might have handled the tonality a bit differently, something like this perhaps, but that is a personal taste thing I think.
