no...it seemed to be a dropped costume by a tourist i think..strange though there are no beaches in howarth so i guess it was a local swimming pool

Yes - I would not have taken that shot. In the weird times that we live there is bound to be someone who would want to question you as to how you came to find that garment then question you as to your whereabouts during the last 200 hours etc. etc.
Next thing you know the Daily Fail would be all over you.

I've seen lots of random stuff and think, How? Just yesterday I seen one shoe near a small pond.
