Conditions seemed favourable on Friday so I nippped down to the beach for sunset on Friday

The tide was going out and some of the sand beyond the rocks was exposed as I was well into the blue hour this is an 8 second exposure with just an ND grad f8 ISO 200

Just right! Might lighten the foreground of the second just a little, but shutter speed/exposure/composition spot on.

The forground in the second is almost black sand (coal not volcanic) and with the shot being at dusk I feel it suits but I see why you sat that.

These are both really nice, love the tones in the sky. Composition is spot-on.

I love movement in water, the first one has a little too much going on for me, but the second is spot on, simplicity and nice blue tones
