Photo Director 365 (subscription version) will not fully load and the opening screen cannot be closed without restarting the computer, has anyone else had similar ?
I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled more than once.
Free version/1 month trial works OK.
I've updated all laptop manufaturers drivers and have done a system restore to before the problem occured.
Have contacted Cyberlink but have had no luck with their suggestions.
