Not the best angle but the time and light and limited camera forced me to take it from this way with my point and shoot. This Black Country man was installed on a Traffic island in Dudley a number of years ago. Two days later he was wearing a traffic cone on his head , he's had a high viz made. a woolly jumper ,was knocked down at one point by a load of drunks in a limousine plus many more items of clothing this is his latest outfit. I will try again in the morning with a better camera and hopefully a better angle.
