Hi, you can put the berries in a deep freezer to give them the "frosty" taste.

In trays, freshly removed from the freezer. It's necessary to release the flavour.

Next steps are to thaw them, transfer to large jars and add sugar and gin.

I took this today and I like it I haven't taken many pictures worth keeping for a while due to lack of time and the weather but I like this and it's now in my "My Pictures" folder where I keep my favourites and I look at them on a slideshow now and again

Damn. Posted here it looks really soft. Sharpness isn't everything but this is certainly a lot crisper on my pc.

I did the Big 5 experience today at Yorkshire Wildlife park. Lions, Polar Bears, Giraffes, Rhinos and a full breakfast. Not really a day for taking photos as a priority but a few here and there and videos with the phone.

Hi, not much elder in my garden this year. It was too dry, perhaps. We made juice from the berries, even bought a special bowl with a device for extracting the kernels.

We did this once, bought our juice ever after that ...
