Grüezi! Took the postauto to Juf, and walked from there (1 1/2 hours) to Avers-Cresta.

Very little traffic on the mountain road:

I did not get to Burg Haselstein, because I wanted to go home to cook, another hobby of mine.

So, I shall go there again. - I am in Switzerland once or twice each year. Next time, I 'll take a wider lens, not the SONY FE 2,8/35 on the A7R2.

Hi, having to do business in the area, I went to Düsseldorf early in the morning.

The Königsallee is divided by the Stadtgraben. On your left are banks and office buildings:

On the right are shops:

I started the day at the Breidenbacher Hof, one of my favourites in Düsseldorf. And things went fine after that ... :

Today was a good day!
It poured down here :(

Yesterday again. I'll try and process and post same day from now on as this thread has caught my imagination and I've enjoyed looking through it. Mrs WW is from overseas so I try and take a picture or two every day so that she can send them back to her family.

I take a lot of pictures like this of things that catch my attention and I stick them on a slideshow in the evening to relive the day and the time we had :D

Such a change in the weather. Yesterday it was cold but bright and today it's been cold and we're had that fine rain that just hangs in the air.

Hi, for the morning walk with my rescue dog I built myself a pocket-camera (SONY NEX-5N - FE 2,8/35) for autumn leaves in the morning sun :

We've had constant rain for around 24 hours, which has fallen on already waterlogged ground. I had to go into Nantwich today and I've never seen the river as high and angry looking; unfortunately, some of the riverside buildings had succumbed to flooding and I felt so sorry for the occupiers. I'd only got my mobile phone with me as a camera, but managed to grab a few photos as a record of the event.

Golly... That must be very upsetting for the people.

Off to the shops again... with an old film era Rokkor.

I had to rush this last one as there were some teenage girls catching up and I didn't want to be seen with a camera and be accused of anything :(

We go when we can and do the usual things. Today we did the steps but not the pier or the beach as we didn't have a lot of time. When we go we usually bring stuff back for people, today it was peanut brittle bars, nougat and roach chestnuts.

I'd really like to get pictures of sunrise and sunset there.
