I was lucky to spot this Pintail amongst a group of Mallards while on our travels.

One of my favourite ducks, agree with Les about the angle but you can't miss the opportunity.

It's lovely and a chance you couldn't miss.

Getting down lower would be nice, more to it's level but that's easy for me to say, I don't know what conditions allowed for.

Glad you took it and shared it, always nice to see.

I would have loved to get lower but, unfortunately, it wasn't possible. The Pintail is the white dot in the foreground and I was standing by the railings on the left. The opposite bank was thick shrubbery but also fenced off.
