Haven't been out proper with my camera for about 3 months (hence not posting pics) but went to a small local reserve a few days ago.
The marsh was full of vocalising males & lots of spawning going on, so hopefully the next generation will be plentiful.

This one was on the margin of the marsh, making the most of the weak Sunshine & seemingly waiting to pounce on any passing female.

That's a nice shot Carl, with good composition, and great detail. I think the highlights could do with taking back a bit as there is some burn out, but other than that very nice.(y)
