printing and certificates of authenticity

A friend is looking for a printer to do a few prints, and also offers printing certificates of authenticity.
I did see a printer who offered this service, I just can't recall what their name was now.

This is not for me, but for a friend who asked me.

So any recommendations of who offers such a service?
