Prior's Wood, 7 July

Yesterday I visited a local nature reserve that I haven't been to before. It was very breezy, which made it interesting trying to photograph subjects on foliage and grass.

These were captured hand-held using my FZ330 bridge camera with Raynox 150 close-up lens and KX800 twin flash. The raw files were batch processed in DXO Optics Pro and Silkypix, with image-specific adjustments in Lightroom. There are 1300 pixel high versions in this album at Flickr.

Love that 2nd shot Nick, that really stands out for me and the detail is as always super, I think thats a Horsefly you got there in the grass (1st fly shot)
