PS Elements - Where's the Lighting Filters?

I wanted to play around with some lighting effects with PS Elements. I'm sure I used to have a copy of PS which had various lighting filters, including a spotlight filter? Does Elements not have this sort of feature? If not can I buy an add on?

have you looked in the Guided section ? in elements 2020 there may be what your looking for. In the colour section in guided there is "remove colour cast" just point and click on any point in the RAW photo. Don't know if this is any help? this alters the colour filter, Don't think spotlight is in elements

I think you mean that there's ways and means around not having the filter?
