Puffin in flight

I like it .. and if it means you have to go back :)
 
That is absolutely lovely! Perfect light. I really like the very soft abstract evidence of the coast both foreground and background.
 
It's not easy is it? They are like grenades flying about the place. Lovely capture Mike.
 
Lovely capture- have been to the Farnes many times- always a pleasure to sift through the 1000 or so images afer each trip :)

It's still a great shot.
I've tried it, and its bloody frustrating.
Don't think I even managed one in focus :)

.... Photographing wildlife is probably the most challenging field of all. It also tests the photographer's patience and perserverance.

Small birds in flight is the worst! Puffins, as you know only too well, fly fast!!
