I'm not keen on the frame and text but I do like the photo (despite the HDR type effect) and think it's a strong enough image to stand on its own, without any distracting 'embellishments'.

Sorry, just do not like the processing at all. As a B&W or maybe colour with some de-sat it could look very good.
