I don't have that level of control in lightroom at the moment because the trial ended. I'll get the full version when summer expense are out of the way. I wouldn't know how to adjust the midtones because nothing is labelled as that on LR

Not even on Capture One Pro (that I would suggest you
instead!) is as such denominated but the cooking is more
intelligible.
