I like the composition and colours.
FWIW my preference would be for more focus further down the bud to the larger droplets down there, but that is obviously a matter of personal taste. And wider DoF might spoil the rendition of the background of course. It might also alter the subject separation too, although I suspect that could go either way depending on the geometry of the scene.
