Rallyday 2015

Evening all,

Rallyday 2015 was held yesterday at the Castle Combe circuit. It was a beautiful September day to watch rally cars of all ages out on the track doing their thing. The star of the show was Elfyn 'Elvis' Evans in the Ford Fiesta WRC but there were lots of stunning motors to see.

Big fan of the first two images - out of interest what lens are you using on the 2nd image? Looks wide, but is nice and straight - would that be PP work?

That was shot with a Sigma 18-125mm f/3.8-5.6 DC OS. The image was cropped so this may have straightened it up a bit. I think its a great lens for the price.

Can you crop that 1st one a little ? That chaps back on right is quite distracting !

Thanks for the critique and all comments are welcome.

I actually like that the guys back draws your eye to the main subject. It shields the right side of the image which naturally focuses your attention on the driver.
