Haven't been to Dungeness for over 20 years....thought I'd drop by for a couple of hours the other night.

Very nice, I like the composition and the simplicity of the shot in an area where there can be a temptation to photograph a great deal of 'clutter'

Been struggling a bit recently with my photography and feeling rather disheartened in spite of my endless enthusiasm. In particular finding it very challenging with compositions and using grad filters - for some reason I just cannot get the calculations correct.

Nice light there Neil. Like the layers of shingle, sea, dark horizon line and sky (light cloud then blue). Clean, clear beautiful shot. I imagine traditional clinker built boats are probably getting less and less now .... Shame.
